Paula's journey into natural therapies began in the year 2000 when she started an Advanced Certificate Course in Reflexology at the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation. She has loved reflexology from her first class and continues to share her passion for reflexology to this day as a teacher of reflexology with the ASRR, with her clients in private practice, providing reflexology services to the corporate sector and regularly providing hand reflexology for residents in aged care on a voluntary basis.

Over the years she has completed many post graduate reflexology courses including Vertical reflexology, Running the Meridians technique, Chris Stormer's Universal Method and Feet Reading, and Auriculotherapy.

She feels blessed that she is able to assist people on their own journeys of health and healing by blending a unique combination of approaches to best meet their needs.

Michelle began her career as a Registered Nurse and later trained as an alternative medicine practitioner collecting many modalities along her journey. As she became more aware of alternative therapies and experienced the benefits of these in her own life, she decided to train and work teaching these modalities. Michelle found that these modalities to be so effective and rewarding ways of assisting people who desire a quality of life and a positive personal lifestyle.

Reflexology compliments all these modalities for the healing of a persons wellbeing - mind, body & spirit.

Michelle's passion combines meditation techniques, scientific knowledge and allopathic beliefs where she can effectively assist others on their journey to fulfil healthier principles in there lives.
